Saloni Hemnani is founder of Internal Rhythm and Emotional Resilience Coach, based in New York City.
She works with people through 1:1 coaching and in-person group classes, helping them navigate life's transitions with greater emotional awareness and steadiness.

Her work is shaped by life experience — from raising a child with special needs, rebuilding after divorce, co-parenting, growing her business, relocating to settling, navigating modern dating and now menopause. In every chapter, discovering the depth of true transformation and the pure joy of living from the heart. She lives the lessons she shares.
She is a certified - Life Coach, Meditation Coach in Mindfulness, Loving Kindness, Compassion Based Resilience, Yoga and Breathing Instructor - with over 25 years experience.
She grew up in Hong Kong, studied Graphic Design in London, and shifted to a Wellness career after a Yoga Teachers Training in Kerela, India. In 2001, she opened one of the first yoga studios in Hong Kong where she taught and built a community rooted in mindfulness and movement.
