She is a certified - Life Coach, Meditation Coach in Mindfulness, Loving Kindness, Compassion Based Resilience, Yoga and Breathing Instructor - with over 25 years experience.
She grew up in Hong Kong, studied Graphic Design in London, and shifted to a Wellness career after her Yoga Teachers Training in Kerala, India. In 2001, she opened one of the first yoga studios in Hong Kong where she taught and built a community rooted in mindfulness and movement.
